- If you receive a product in error, with faults or defects, you must request free replacement of the product within 3 months after the date of purchase, provided that the product has not deteriorated due to an event attributable to the consumer (Art. 21, Law 19,496). The product must be unused, with tags, in perfect condition and must have the original packaging. If such items are not returned in good condition, you must pay their value, which will be previously informed to you. You must also send it to our offices in La Ligua (sorry, we cannot collect it from your home).

For these purposes, a single good will be considered to be one that has been sold as a whole, even if it is made up of different units, parts or pieces or modules, regardless of whether or not these may provide a utility independently of each other. Without prejudice to this, in the case of replacement, this may be carried out with respect to a unit, part, piece, as long as it is for another equal to the one being returned.
