National and international shipments are made 2-3 business days after confirmation of your purchase through the company Correos de Chile. Delivery times depend on the final destination: national approximately 5 business days; international 30-40 business days approx.

In sales made through this website, the buyer will not no be able to withdraw from the contract made for the sale of products and/or services (there is no right to withdrawal, exchanges or money returns).

We accept returns and exchanges of products as long as they have a fault attributable to the manufacturer and/or were sent in error and that they meet the requirements detailed here.

Our products are designed, created and manufactured with noble natural materials and fibers. They are not indestructible.

Products dyed with dyes or vegetables may suffer discoloration over time, use, washing and sun exposure.

Please note, that all our products are handmade in small quantities, some differences may occur naturally.

Hand wash with warm or cold water and mild soap. Let dry on a horizontal surface.
